the location was very fare from Alharam, with shuttles supposedly available but not working at all. to make matters worse, I woke up to smoke from another room, how charming! As someone who deserves a welcome gift at the very least, I really expected more. I almost reccomended this place but just couldn’t.

Decent stay but needs some tweaks
The staff were friendly and really helped us feel at home. We enjoyed the buffet meals at the restaurant, they were pretty good! The only bummer was the wifi, it barely worked in our room. And finding the hotel was kinda tricky. our cab driver had a tough time navigating the area.

The room was nicely decorated and very cozy, making it a delightful retreat after a long day. I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility, which made moving around much easier during my stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.
